Cómo instalar un servidor LAMP en Ubuntu/Debian

HowTo muy simple explicando como instalar todo un servidor LAMP (Linux/Apache/MySQL/PHP) en un Ubuntu/Debian vacios.

Resumen:

1- #apt-get install apache2 php5 libapache2-mod-php5
2- #apt-get install mysql-server mysql-client php5-mysql
3- #apt-get install phpmyadmin
